Flexible Schedule:
List of matches for round robin. The 'Home' player contacts their opponent the week before their scheduled round to organise their match.
Players must prioritise organising their 'scheduled' match for that week/round.
Matches can be played on any day/any time depending on opponent availability. Once the 'scheduled' match has been organised or rescheduled, matches can be played out of order.
Please do not register for this event if you (or your player) are unavailable most weekends due to external tournaments.
On the Wednesday after registration closes, an email will go out to all players including WhatsApp group invites and player contact details. Although the first round starts on the following Monday, matches can commence as soon as the draw is released (the Friday).
PLAYERS CONTACT LIST DETAILS
Players will be sent players contact list to the supplied registration email.
The players contact list will also available in the League WhatsApp Group, players can access this by going to the League WhatsApp Group -> Settings -> Group Info -> Media and Docs
Players must check their contact details and email CHH if any changes are required otherwise no-contact forfeits may apply during the league.
COMMUNICATION - WHATSAPP
WhatsApp Message is the primary means of contacting your opponents so players can see when their opponent has read their message, however players can alternatively use SMS.
CHH uses WhatsApp for league management and communication. It's free to download and is encrypted/safe to use. Look it up and download in the AppStore or on Google Play. You can ‘mute notifications’ in WhatsApp for specific groups so use this feature if it help keep the notifications less distracting.
Players will be invited to the below groups before registration closes.
CHH League Group (Compulsory):
This League Group is the primary way CHH will contact players with important updates during the league. Players can also do a shout-out using this group if they are looking for a practice match/hit-up outside of the league matches.
CHH Hitups/PracticeMatch Group (Optional):
Feel free to join this group to find CHH standard players for a hit-up or practice match outside of the Leagues.
