Division 1 – Premier League

• 5 groups
• ~7 Round Robin matches
• Top 5 seeds → 15-player finals series
• Finals played over 4 weeks
All matches: Best of 2 Sets + Super Tiebreak

Division 2 – Club League

• 5 groups
• ~7 Round Robin matches
• Top 5 seeds → 15-player finals series
• Finals played over 4 weeks
All matches: Best of 2 Sets + Super Tiebreak

Division 3 – Challenger League

• 2 groups
• ~7 Round Robin matches
• Top 6 from each group → 12-player finals series
• Finals played over 3–4 weeks
All matches: Best of 2 Sets + Super Tiebreak

• Round 1 officially begins Monday 19 January
• Matches may be played early if both players agree
• There are no true “bye” weeks — bye rounds = play ahead

To assist with holidays and availability, players may organise later-round matches early after contacting their first two scheduled opponents.

PLAYERS CONTACT LIST DETAILS

Players will be sent players contact list to the supplied registration email.

The players contact list will also available in the League WhatsApp Group, players can access this by going to the League WhatsApp Group -> Settings -> Group Info -> Media and Docs

Players must check their contact details and email CHH if any changes are required otherwise no-contact forfeits may apply during the league.

COMMUNICATION - WHATSAPP

WhatsApp Message is the primary means of contacting your opponents so players can see when their opponent has read their message, however players can alternatively use SMS.

CHH uses WhatsApp for league management and communication. It's free to download and is encrypted/safe to use. Look it up and download in the AppStore or on Google Play. You can ‘mute notifications’ in WhatsApp for specific groups so use this feature if it help keep the notifications less distracting.

Players will be invited to the below groups before registration closes.

  • CHH League Group (Compulsory):

    This League Group is the primary way CHH will contact players with important updates during the league. Players can also do a shout-out using this group if they are looking for a practice match/hit-up outside of the league matches.

  • CHH Hitups/PracticeMatch Group (Optional):

    Feel free to join this group to find CHH standard players for a hit-up or practice match outside of the Leagues.

HOME PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The ‘home’ player must initiate contact the week before the scheduled match.

  • The ‘home’ player must supply new balls.

  • The ‘home’ player will arrange court bookings on a good quality surface and pay all fees (players can share lights fees)

  • The ‘home’ player must submit match results on the Challonge league site after their match.
